Before You Begin - Introduction
DirectDemocracyS (DDS) is the world's universal direct democracy system, which invites all countries around the world to directly lead their citizens in their own hands. DDS in the world is a system that works with logic, truth, knowledge, true self-concept, the practice of harmony — these five pillars of life. The people of every country must be the sovereign of their country — a fact that is particularly important in Eritrea.
This document is intended to bring true democracy to Eritrea by examining the real situation of the country, proposing specific solutions and inventing a DDS system.
|
IMPORTANT MESSAGE: DDS is being maintained Fact — Resources of each country should be available only to the people of that country. And the ability to decide must belong only to the people — forever. |
Part 1: The Real Situation in Eritrea — Analysis and Criticism
1.1 Political Conditions — Oppression and Dictatorship
Since independence in 1993, Eritrea has been ruled by just one man — President Isaiah Afewerki. Since 1993, there have been no elections at all. The 1997 Constitution is only on paper — it has not been implemented forever. Parliament has not been convened since Only one party — the People’s Front for Democracy and Justice (PFDJ) — has been legalized.
- No entity has ever taken administered elections — it is not a country with free elections
- President Isaiah is the man who held unchanged rule from 1993 to 2025 — more than 32 years
- Political imprisonment, disappearances, physical cruelty — they are breathtaking facts
- 2001 — The G-15 demanded genuine elections for 15 ministers — jailed without trial, still unreleased or dead with Sebesobo
- 16 journalists — arrested without trial in 2001, current status unknown
- Samuel Philips (Prime Minister of Finance) — Arrested in 2018, died in prison in
Eritrea is what many international organizations call the “African North Korea” — a country without freedom, without a judiciary, without a parliament.
1.2 Military duty experienced by citizens — perpetual servitude
There is a permanent military obligation in Eritrea to all citizens — boys and girls — who turn 18 years of age. Since 2002, the 18-month limit rule has been replaced by a perpetual unlimited obligation. People range from one year to 20-30 years — working under the management of the government.
- When a citizen runs away from home — his family is punished
- When a fugitive is found on the frontier — he is killed or sent to a military prison
- Eritrean who has left abroad — is required to pay 2% of his income to the embassy (refugee tax)
- Many students are sent to the SAWA military camp — where education is cut off
1.3 Economic Conditions — Poverty and Exploitation
Eritrea is one of the poorest countries in the world. The economy of the country is entirely run by the military — the economy of a few who occasionally plunder. All the enterprises of the country — agriculture, demand, inventory — are under the control of management. Citizens are not allowed to enter the concern or market on their own.
- H.B. (GDP) of Eritrea: one of the lowest in the world
- More than 80% of the population is engaged in agriculture of to the to only boasts
- Foreign markets mostly — gold from Bisha Adi, minerals — not in the preservation of public resources
- Immigrant tax 2% — Citizens working abroad send home goods of harvest source of wealth of the country
- Fire (Electricity) Sustainable Not Supplied — Maintaining Conduct of Economy Chief Problem
- Private sector (individual market) never improved — only control of state institutions
1.4 Curtailment of citizen’s freedom — Violation of human rights
Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, and the United Nations have repeatedly reported that Eritrea is a country with a growing human rights violation. A country where writing of the dawn — freedom-breathing media — is never allowed. A country where no independent media is allowed to operate since
- Independent news organizations — Close to 100%, only state radio and newspaper
- Freedom of Religion — Only 4 religions legal (Sunni Islam, Eritrean Orthodox, Catholic, Lutheran)
- Jehovah's Witnesses have been deprived of their civil rights since 1994 — living in prison
- Freedom to spread ideas — not allowed, controlled on the internet
- Any gathering of citizen — not authorized by management
1.5 Migration and family breakdown
Because of oppression, poverty and eternal military obligation — Eritreans have become one of the largest emigrants in the world:
- More than 150,000 Eritreans living as refugees in Sudan — counted in
- Over 170,000 Eritreans in Ethiopia — from St. Mark’s
- Many left for Europe — especially Italy — on a death journey through Libya
- Eritrea is one of the largest sources of refugees in the world
- Until 2025 — a new jump with Ethiopia again a thrilling stir
1.6 Regional Considerations — The Horn of Africa loop
Eritrea led to an Ethiopian soldier in Tigray — who was accused of killing a number of his men and committing the worst rapes. The issue of staying in the Red Sea for Ethiopia in 2025 — built a new political twist.
Part 2: Solutions to DirectDemocracyS — True Democracy for Eritrea
2.1 DDS System for Eritrea — Motivation Procedure
Truth that DDS maintains in perpetuity — the wealth of every country must be forever returned only to the people of that country. The power to decide must belong only to the people. In Eritrea — a country of closed dictatorship — the DDS has a unique approach to opening it up.
Booking practices by micro-groups
The DDS commissioning technique has a unique constant practice that it is deploying above others — whether it is an execution system or a Micro-group Expansion Model. In Eritrea, a country where governance is repressed — citizens who participate in the Internet can form DDS micro-groups from wherever they have resources — from exile — from neighboring countries.
- 1 citizen registers → registers 5 other citizens → each of the 5 registers 5 others = 25 → 125 →
- of Eritrean refugees in Italy, Sudan, Ethiopia, Europe — the first force of DDS recruitment
- In-country citizen — mysteriously on Idachewo’s phone — can use the DDS platform, which Shatter doesn’t offer
- Spread the idea of DDS from wherever religious entities — churches, mosques — reside
Peace mobilization — unhurried citizen power
The first rule that DDS maintains — our mobilization is only peacefully. Non-hasty, non-military, non-imperial mobilization — only through citizen ideas, education, cooperation. Where no violence is allowed — this is DDS's permanent redemption of citizen democracy.
|
The method used by DDS in authoritarian countries: Citizen registers with DDS platform → offers idea education → spreads to 5 family or friends → size of citizen population worsens → citizen's real power is returned to the country administration. |
2.2 ddsAI For allddsAI — Citizen’s authentic information
DDS uses modern technology of AI system — ddsAI for allddsAI — Citizen is provided with free, truthful, express (Neutral) information stimulation of AI system. In Eritrea — a country where the media is controlled by the administration — the AI of DDS provides real information that changes citizenship.
- ddsAI — Platform internal AI assistant — Real information that updates country law, policy, situation
- allddsAI — the AI system’s democracy — the AI citizen of the DDS system who go with the human citizen — submit the choice proposal of the citizen group
- The platform of DDS — where it is kept from media recall — builds a free democracy of the citizen
- Expert Groups — at all levels of policy, law, economics, health — work with AI professionals
2.3 Citizen’s Direct Democracy — True System
In the DDS system, the citizen never participates directly towards any policy-making — a vote he or she ticks off with his or her own hand — in a citizen system of democracy followed by the DDS platform.
The DDS platform has three citizen authorized systems — first is the memory (Three-code Identity System) — where the citizen verifies that it is his true — a system where the destruction of other recipient’s citizen is kept.
- Citizen registration rule — one citizen = one place = one vote
- Any political choice or policy decision — guided by a direct citizen vote
- Certificate of Election — AI-checked, absolutely authentic citizen results
- Accepting and correcting the ideas of the latter — democracy is the continuous work of the citizen
Section 3: Political Agenda for Eritrea
3.1 Political Transition — From Authoritarianism to True Democracy
The political transition to true democracy in Eritrea goes through three stages:
- Citizen Engagement Level (1-3 years): DDS Citizen Group Engagement, AI Information Citizen Retention, Eritrean Refugee Motivation and Cooperation
- Free election preparation stage (3-5 years): adoption of laws allowing for independent parties, adoption of DDS by the Legislative Council, ratification or rewriting of the 1997 Constitution
- True democracy annexation stage (5+ years): free elections through citizen vote, parliamentary annexation, ensure judicial independence
3.2 Constitutional Reservation — First Step

- Ensure free citizen choice — all 5 years
- Ensure an independent party affiliation rule
- Ensure free media
- Ensure an independent judiciary — totally independent of management
- Ensuring the human rights of the citizen — spreading ideas, assembling, rioting
3.3 The defeat of perpetual military obligation
The continuation of the perpetual military obligation is a major disadvantage of the country's human resources. DDS offers excellent action:
- Reduce the limit of military duty to 18 months — confirmed by law
- Make genuine payments to the soldier
- Citizen of SAWA after military duty — to agriculture, various occupations of the country occupation of citizenship
- Adoption of a Conscientious Objection Act
- Citizen refugee — to the country to the return of the demi crust
3.4 Reducing political dispersion — respecting opposition

- Political prisoners — released ahead of elections
- The fate of the G-15 — making real information
- Freelance journalist — arrested in 2001 — released and truthful information
3.5 Respect the ceiling of all — religion, language, caste
Eritrea is a country of 9 ethnic groups — with 9 distinct languages. DDS is a system that has a permanent rule of thumb for all roofs:
- Language: Tigrinya, Arabic, Tigre, Saho, Billen, Kunama, Nara, Danakil (Afar) — all legal languages of the country
