The M.F. case, which we are following along with many others in our efforts to provide concrete assistance to people in difficulty, raises some questions that we would like to share with you.
As you all know, in the DirectDemocracyS system, for each activity, many groups are created, made up of many people, to carry out everything in the best possible way.
In the groups created for the M.F. case, in one of these groups dedicated to complaints and legal actions that will be started, at the right time, against state officials who have not done their job well, many of our members were skeptical about the fact that the Judges would have given reason to those who legally have it, that is, to M.F..
In some of our articles we have addressed the fundamental issue of Justice, and how the Law is applied, often resulting in miscarriages of justice, and often against honest citizens.
Our members' fear is based on numerous cases in which people who were right found themselves at a disadvantage because the Judges preferred to side with the State, with the institutions of the State, and with the "extremely powerful and infallible" people who work there.
In the specific case of M.F., which we will discuss shortly, a person who was compliant with her taxes, instead of being helped by ANAF Bihor (the tax administration agency for the Bihor County of Romania) with comprehensive information and helpful, immediate solutions to resolve any potential irregularities immediately, was literally robbed. She used tax regulations in a "creative, unusual, illegal, and against the rights of honest citizens" manner, even breaking a law, and blackmailed and threatened a citizen into breaking the law itself, extorting and withdrawing money from her bank account. M.F. was not helped or informed, but literally robbed: if they were malicious, the officials involved could have fined her a maximum of 150 to 250 lei, but instead, they confiscated over 7,000 lei, committing outright theft and inciting their own citizen to break the law. They wanted M.F. to violate Law No. 28/2016 of March 17, 2016, by paying taxes a second time on his pension, after they had already been fully declared and paid, regularly and on time, in Italy.
Some members of the groups following this case, about whom you will soon hear, argue that although justice almost always does its job, in the best possible way, in many, unfortunately too many, cases, they side with the strongest, and do not apply the Law correctly and fairly.
In these cases, honest citizens, with definitive sentences in favor of those who are at fault (the State, institutions, and those who work there), must surrender.
DirectDemocracyS does not give in to injustice, in fact, it plays with its cards on the table, but it has excellent cards in hand, and will surely win the game.
The first priority is the judgment of citizens, informed fully, impartially, correctly, and promptly, but fairly and justly, using all media and all information channels. Public opinion matters greatly, as does the dissemination, through all possible means, of cases where there is a risk that institutions and judges will not be willing to apply the law fairly and equitably.
Let it be clear to everyone that we don't use the media to pressure judges, but we intelligently encourage them to do their job as best they can, since they are paid with public money, and very well at that. If they don't do their job, our political organization, and our system, are ready to sue the judges as well.
To those who think it is useless, because the Judges, in turn, will be judged by other Judges, and who could favor their colleagues, we remind everyone that we have a card to play, one that leaves no hope for injustice and the "cunning" of any system, and which we are ready to use at any moment: the anger and determination, intelligent and non-violent, of all good people.
We are ready to organize very long, even endless, street demonstrations, not only in front of government buildings and courthouses, but wherever necessary.
All official members of DirectDemocracyS, for justice and fairness, and for the respect of every single citizen, whether within our system or even outside, will not hesitate to do whatever is necessary to defend the rights of all.
As we said, we will continue to discuss the M.F. case until it is resolved justly, equitably, and definitively, and until we have made every public official lose the urge to act against good people. Not to defend M.F. but all similar cases, and not out of a desire for revenge, because every stupid human character does not belong in our system, but because justice and fairness must be present, from now on, in every activity and every decision, for the good and always in the best interests of the entire world's population.
We are drafting a bill, which will be offered as a gift to the world by DirectDemocracyS, in which we place states, their institutions, and all those who work there, truly at the service of the population, the entire population, without any kind of unfair activity, but always helping every single citizen, from the first moment, and forever, with accurate information, and fair solutions, in the citizen's own interest.
Putting people first is, for us, a fundamental right of all citizens, and we will always stand with the most vulnerable, not to gain consensus or votes (we are not like everyone else), but simply because it is right, fair, logical, common sense, and based on mutual respect for all citizens.
Our attitude is certainly not intended to favor those who break the Law, and we will not, under any circumstances, side with those who do not respect all the Laws, but we will no longer allow any public official to act with arrogance, bullying, verbal abuse, blackmail, revenge, incitement to crime, or theft in the name of the State, knowing they can count on their superiors, and on the help of some Judges, who do not carry out their work properly.
We will continue to follow the M.F. case and all cases in which citizens are taken for a ride by those who work in the institutions.
