All users with verified identities participate in decisions, with equal value, within a meritocracy based on skills, results and behavior.

Each official member owns a single share (individual share), non-cumulative and non-transferable, which makes him co-owner of the entire system.

The system features traditional hierarchies, with various levels and many user types, based on meritocracy. Bottom-up, horizontal democracy is implemented and guaranteed through shared leadership, based on equality.
