New President of the United States of America

The Presidential election of the United States of America is not a national event, but a global one.

The importance of the role played by the winner of this challenge, which is usually reserved for the two largest American parties, is immense, given the power of a presidential and federal system.

From nominating candidates to fundraising, from elections to announcing winners and taking office, all of these activities are of great interest to many people and provide work for pollsters, journalists, and the candidates’ staff.

DirectDemocracyS United States, does not participate directly, with its own candidates, in these important elections. Despite all the commitment, and good will, of our over 10,000 official members, in the 50 American States, we could never have “fought”, on “equal terms”, against Kamala Harris and Donald Trump, by nominating one of our independent members. DirectDemocracyS, with very few exceptions, does not suggest to its users / supporters / future voters, to choose a political party, or a political representative, because when we are not present at the elections, we let our users choose, first, whether to participate in the vote. If they decide to vote, they can choose any of the candidates, or, not vote for anyone, and also, if they wish, they can write “I look forward to DirectDemocracyS”.

For us, it is essential not to expose ourselves, and above all to avoid, to vote for other political forces, thus showing, our preference, or, a preference of the majority of our users, authorized to vote, for one of the candidates. Each of us can have a personal opinion, without ever allowing ourselves, to say that we speak on behalf of all of us. To speak on behalf of all of us, a vote of all our members should be called, according to our rules, and our methodologies, and according to the results of the vote, we would actually have, the preference, of the majority of our users authorized to vote, and therefore the preference of DirectDemocracyS. This general vote, did not take place, but instead we asked which candidate our users authorized to vote, with US citizenship, preferred, and we do not tell you the results of this internal vote, but we leave DirectDemocracyS United States, the freedom to make public, this "internal poll", only if they want it, and only when they want it. We can tell you, however, with the hope of not making our users angry, that the differences between the two main favorites are not enormous, indeed, they are almost equivalent.

We have had a lot of debates, and internal discussions, in our US citizens groups, and also in some continental American groups, and also in various groups internationally, especially in the groups of specialists in political activities.

Furthermore, we don't like to waste precious time, in useless discussions, in groups that are not composed of people authorized to vote in the United States, in this case, or in any other country in the world.

For us, only citizens authorized to vote must express themselves and discuss, always in internal groups, which candidate is the best, or the one who can do the least damage.

In the case of the United States, we know that there are global repercussions, on every person on earth, from the choices of the future President, which is why we have allowed discussions, even in geographical and territorial groups, outside the United States.

It would be wrong for those who do not have the right to vote to be wildly rooting for one of the candidates, but one can analyze the policies and promises of each of them and of the political force of reference, in this case, Republicans or Democrats.

As with all old world politics, even in this case, the differences are minimal, and both candidates, in case of victory, will carry forward the policies of their respective parties, which historically compete for the most important role in US politics, without taking anything away from Congress and the Senate.

And always, as with all old world politics, the lobbies, the financiers, and the classic “system”, have enormous power, and control, and manage almost all old politics, and almost all candidates.

We will talk about it again, after we know who the winner is definitively, and therefore, we will know the name of the new President of the United States of America.
