Our political representatives are an integral part of our political organization, which is in turn the gateway to our DirectDemocracyS system.
They can be divided into two main categories: internal political representatives, who carry out political activities only within our system, or external political representatives, that is, those who, based on the results they obtain in our closed, online primary elections, will be able to politically represent our system and their voters in real elections.
To immediately clarify our fundamental rules, any of our official members can choose at any time to become our political representative, either internally (according to specific rules) or externally (again according to specific, detailed rules). The only fundamental rule is: you cannot hold both roles simultaneously, even if they are very similar.
To engage in internal political activity, you simply have to declare it publicly (according to very detailed implementing rules), and then you must request and obtain authorization to engage in internal political activity from the groups involved in these activities.
To engage in external political activity, you simply have to declare it publicly (according to very detailed implementing rules), and then you must request and obtain authorization to engage in external political activity from the groups involved in these activities.
In both cases, you will obtain either an internal political profile or an external political profile. In the first case, you will add the word NE (which means not outside) to your real, full name and surname. In the second case, however, only your real, full name and surname will be used.
The internal political profile allows you to use your personal profile, and all other types of profiles, linked to your personal profile, while continuing to be part of all groups, of all types.
While using your external political profile, all other profiles—your personal profile, your internal political profile, your system profile, and all other types of profiles linked to your personal profile—must be blocked, and you will no longer be a member of the various groups for as long as you are engaged in political representation. This rule effectively and definitively prevents any potential conflict of interest. Indeed, anyone wishing to fulfill this important role must focus solely on immediately and fully implementing all decisions of their constituents, whether internal or external, always and exclusively according to our rules, and exclusively through our platforms. At the end of their political representation activity, initially internal and subsequently external, if they so request and no longer wish to continue their political representation, and possibly participate in closed online primaries, or, in the event of excellent results, participate in real elections, becoming our political representative in the institutions, they may request the blocking of their external political profile, and request the unblocking of their personal profile, their internal political profile, and all other profiles. This will restore them, with full rights, to all the groups they were a member of before engaging in political activity, with their external political profile. The rationale behind this fundamental rule not only prevents any potential conflict of interest, but also allows our political representatives to best perform their important roles. Before activating their external political profiles, each of our official members will communicate their decision well in advance to all the groups to which they belong (without ever disclosing their real name and surname, unless they have already done so, to avoid influencing the vote). In this way, based on the detailed and implementing rules of each group, they will be able to choose and appoint who, for a limited period of time, will carry out the activities of the member who will temporarily be unable to access each group.
By choosing to serve as external political representative, you will obviously be part of specific groups, will continuously gain collaborators and advisors, and your staff will be partly chosen individually, partly chosen by your supporters/voters, and will be made up of various groups, many internal political representatives (such as advisors and direct collaborators), and all the necessary resources to optimally fulfill this crucial role. As always, everything is based on important general rules and very detailed implementation procedures.
Internal political representatives are important because they perform key activities in our political specialist groups, as well as in our territorial, geographic, administrative, and electoral groups. They will be selected and appointed to the staffs of our external political representatives to organize electoral campaigns, both internally (for our online, closed primary elections) and externally (based on the internal results, participation in real, external elections), to organize the necessary signature collections in both cases, and for all activities related to our political organization. Although the name of this type of profile contains the word "internal," based on our rules and by requesting and obtaining all necessary authorizations from all the various groups involved, they can perform a wide range of activities and play important roles, even outside our system.
But why 2 types of profiles?
Because we take the role of our political representatives, who will participate in real elections, very seriously, and we have very detailed rules regarding their selection, and the related closed online primaries, with related internal electoral campaigns, and with, based on the results obtained, the participation in real elections, and the roles of our voters as political representatives in the various institutions.
We want to clarify a fundamental concept.
If they are elected to the various institutions, while politically representing all their constituents, by whom they will be managed and monitored continuously and bindingly in every decision, exclusively on our platforms, they will also have the task of carrying out every activity in the interest of the entire world population, always starting by helping first and foremost those most in need, including commercial companies and various businesses . This fundamental rule applies to every single activity and to every one of our decisions, which, through our voting system and fully shared leadership, must always be open, informed, competent, and motivated. We repeat, from the smallest to the largest, every one of our activities must be decided and implemented for the common good. The choice of our system may be considered "strange," but it is the only possible way to change and improve the world, optimally solving all the problems of all people. It's the choice that implements well-being, security, fair and just laws, and therefore equality and meritocracy, basing everything on logic, common sense, truth, and mutual respect for all people. If you think about it, a few sentences summarize the concepts underlying the conception and creation of our innovative and alternative system, but we add: free, truly democratic, coherent, and complete.
Let's quickly explain the differences between the two political profiles: for internal representatives, there are no age limits, and there are no territorial constraints. External political representatives have established age limits at the international, continental, national, and local levels, with the obligation to rejuvenate the political class. Furthermore, they will be able to engage in activities, always starting with local micro-groups and smaller official organizations, at the local level. Based on their results in our closed online primary elections in smaller local groups, they will be able to run for office in the subsequent stages, within the groups and official political organizations of larger areas.
We allow virtually all of our official members to engage in internal political activity, but there are limitations, or exclusions, based on the activities and behaviors they engaged in before joining us and subsequently before requesting to engage in internal political activity.
Our external political representatives must provide our groups involved in these activities with complete access and a detailed verification of their entire previous lives, their economic and financial conditions (including access to their bank accounts), and not only of themselves, but of all their family members and the most important people in their lives. We don't believe we need to explain the obvious reasons for these "drastic, severe, and non-negotiable rules." We simply say: "We don't put wolves guarding the sheep." Those who represent us politically, or officially externally, cannot be convicted (for criminal offenses), and especially for economic, financial, or administrative offenses. They cannot be subject to blackmail (themselves personally, their family, and their best friends). They must clearly demonstrate to us their real living conditions and their possessions. We must extend these thorough checks to all their relatives, friends, and contacts.
For everyone, and forever, there will be continuous and complete verification of identity documents, educational qualifications, prior history (criminal records and thorough investigations), physical and mental health, vices (drugs, alcohol, smoking, gambling, and all others), and any activity deemed necessary, by our selection teams of our political representatives, in collaboration with all our special groups, and all the groups involved in these important activities.
To conduct closed, online primary elections, always choosing only the best candidates from among all those participating in a fully informed manner, our candidate evaluation teams, while respecting privacy, will provide careful and comprehensive evaluations based on checks, tests, and the related results. In short, voters will have complete information on the quality of the candidates and will be able to make their choices based on the rankings created by our teams. Our system operates in this way for the selection of every role within it, regardless of type. Equality is always combined with meritocracy, and our teams of specialists make informed and fully informed choices.
Let's be clear: we're not just talking about potential candidates at the international, continental, or national level. These fundamental rules are implemented in exactly the same way, with the same methodologies, and with the same attention, for every person who carries out political representation, whether internal or external.
All our official members can request, and if deemed suitable, obtain roles, and related profiles, as political representatives, both internal and external.
All our registered users, with verified and guaranteed identities, can vote and decide, according to our voting rules and the rules of our closed, online primary elections, who will represent themselves politically (with rules on complete control and ongoing management of voters over their political representatives). Therefore, everyone can participate in politics, in the various groups, according to different rules. But those who want roles of greater responsibility, higher user types, and all the associated benefits must continually demonstrate their worthy status, both looking to the past and the present, for a different and better future for all.
These fundamental rules are complemented by important general rules, geographical, territorial, administrative, and electoral rules, with all the related: just and fair, local autonomies, without ever transgressing, and without ever distorting, the previous and superior rules, but integrating them with local ones.
