All people joining DirectDemocracyS must declare their telephone number in the registration form and creation of their personal profile.
The reason is very simple: if there are emergencies, or activities within our system or externally that require the use of your phone number, we need to be able to contact all our users.
Before we can activate your personal profile, in addition to verifying the email address of each person who joins us, we send a verification message to ensure that the phone number also belongs to the person joining us. Here's the detailed procedure.
After completing and submitting the registration form and self-activating via the link our system immediately sends, each potential user must complete a phone number verification form at this link, according to specific rules:
In the first field, you must write your username, chosen in the registration form (never write your real name and surname in this form), in the second field, write your email address (exactly the same one declared in the registration form, and used for self-activation), as the subject, you must write "telephone number verification", and as the message: "I request verification of my telephone number and please write the international prefix, the area code, and your telephone number, which must be identical to the one declared in the registration form).
It is mandatory to check the "Send a copy to myself" box, for two important reasons: first, to have a copy of this form to prove that you are in compliance and have requested verification; second, because you will be able to reply directly to the message received, including in your reply only the unique activation code for your phone number.
Submit the form, waiting as long as necessary for our system to send you a confirmation message that the form has been successfully submitted. This message will appear on the same page on our website.
You will shortly receive an SMS message on your phone (or, if applicable, you can also check WhatsApp) with a unique activation code for your phone number. This code must be included in the reply message, in the copy of the message, or in the contact form to request verification of your phone number, as explained previously.
By replying to the saved message, with the unique identification code (without adding anything else), you can be activated by our groups.
From that moment on, your personal data is protected, your phone number will be invisible to anyone else by default, and we advise you never to share, with anyone, either inside or outside our system, your personal data, your email address, phone number, your real name and surname, and your identity documents, which after identity verification, are automatically encrypted and sent to a private backup server, invisible from outside and inside DirectDemocracyS.
In our system, you only need to work using your username because, if you are a higher user type, your identity will automatically be verified and guaranteed, and you will receive, upon request, a free blue check mark next to your username in the social area, certifying that you are a trustworthy person.
This step is almost entirely automatic, and like all the others, it respects the privacy, anonymity, and all personal data of anyone who joins us or collaborates with us from outside our system.
From now on, your personal data, which has always been encrypted and linked to your username and your access password (which you must never share with anyone and must keep in a safe place, and which will only be used to access our websites, to which you will have access according to our rules, user type, and access permissions), will be linked to your email address (verified with self-activation) and your phone number (verified with this procedure), and will automatically provide you with a unique identification number in our system, which you will need for all your activities.
You will then become part of our immense family, and after your personal profile has been activated by our new user activation team, you will finally be able to access our huge home, which consists of our platform, with all the subdomains and connected websites, all with our main domain name, which is and will forever remain: directdemocracys.org.
New users are always activated in compliance with all our rules, methodologies, instructions, and motivations.
Some brief explanations and reasons.
Why do we verify the phone number of every single person who joins us?
To prevent any potential problems, both for us and for each user. If you lose your login details, they can be easily recovered, based on our fully automated rules and methodologies, without any human intervention. You can find the informative article at this link:
https://www.directdemocracys.org/law/instructions/for-users/for-registered-users/recover-account
But what happens if you no longer have access to your account recovery email address?
Please send a message with as many details as possible, using this contact form:
https://contacts.directdemocracys.org/contacts/instructions-contacts/email-problems/change-my-email
Our groups for changing your personal profile email address will verify that you have a phone number, which we will have verified using our procedure. Simply send us a message to our group phone number for this activity to change your primary email address. You will then recover all your login details using the previous procedure.
Another reason is always security-related, and is for any unusual access (for example, if you log in from a different geographic area than usual without telling us first, our system will verify that it is really you), or for suspicious activity on your personal profile (if you perform unusual or new activities, we will ask you for confirmation, if necessary).
While we typically do these checks via email, in many cases, our suspicious activity teams may verify you by phone, and in many cases, they may activate our identity verification teams to conduct a mandatory video call to verify that you are who you say you are.
At first glance, these security measures might seem excessive, but when it comes to activities often connected to money, or even very important activities, trust us, security is fundamental, and we, who value and respect you infinitely, take every measure to prevent any possible problem, so that you can work with us, and have fun, with complete and impenetrable protection.
Some questions and answers.
Why does the user have to communicate his phone number to the system, and the system does not communicate its phone numbers to individual users, and does not make them available to everyone?
Because we don't work that way. We don't give information over the phone, we don't waste precious time with endless and frustrating calls. The ancient Latins said, "verba volant scripta manent," so we prefer to communicate via convenient and very detailed contact forms. If you really need to hear the information, and you're one of our users, you can request support via a direct video call. In some cases, video calls can be approved and recorded, allowing us to provide a comprehensive service.
So, DirectDemocracyS owns all its users' phone numbers. What if the data is sold, shared, or stolen?
We do not have and will never have negative reviews, for the simple reason that we take every precaution, using the best and most modern technologies, always up-to-date, to prevent any potential problems. All our users, and even those who are not our users, already share, knowingly or, in many cases, unknowingly, a great deal of personal data—not just email addresses or phone numbers, but also photos, videos, audio, identity documents, bank accounts, and even intimate information—with numerous organizations, government institutions, commercial companies, as well as relatives, friends, contacts, and even complete strangers. With us, you can be sure that your data will never be shared or sold, and it is also impossible to steal because it is encrypted and protected on private, invisible, and inaccessible servers. So, you can trust us, and you will never regret it.
And if anyone wants to communicate with DirectDemocracyS by phone, they can do so, not through our system, but with specific individuals and groups who freely decide to conduct activities via phone calls and SMS messages. We have created everything necessary to communicate using our own autonomous means, which we own together with all our official members. Therefore, we rarely use the services of others for communication or any other activity, and only in emergencies.
We like to be, and remain forever, free, independent, and completely protected.
