Part 0 — DirectDemocracyS Principles and Strategies

DirectDemocracyS (DDS) is a global political organization. Based on collective leadership Joint ownership and democracy . We are based on reason. Study Truth And mutual respect .

DDS transfer of power Owner and economic decision-making rights To all people without discrimination — by creating many micro-groups Both urban areas and rural Up to 1,000 people in a group Both in and abroad ( for citizens) and former residents ).

In a country without a multi-party system Freedom Or a true democracy — like Cambodia — DDS uses this peaceful strategy To gradually transfer power to the people Without violence Or confrontation .

The core of the DDS program for Cambodia

    1. Micro-groups in every village District Towns — The First Step Towards Real Power

    2. ddsAI / allddsAI — Complete information Neutral Independent Can't cheat.

    3. Traditional protection Khmer culture Buddhism — No interference with DDS

    4. World People 's Organization — Vote

    5. Wealth and Cambodia's decision-making power Permanently in the hands of the Khmer people

    6. Joint ownership is non-transferable — no one can sell or transfer this right.

DDS protects tradition Culture , language Religion ( without discrimination) But there is no interference in the DDS system and national identity . At the highest level , the DDS creates a " World Organization of the People " as a common property that cannot be transferred. All members — no outside owners No interference from any media .

Part 1 — Analysis of the current political situation

    § 1.1 — CPP: Continuing Control (1985– present )

Since 1985 , the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) led by Stock Sen Rule the country without real competition .

2023 election confirms this situation : CPP wins 120/125 seats after the Candlelight Registration must be revoked .

August 2023 stocks Manet ( son) Stock Sen ) became Prime Minister . But Stock Sen Not removed : He became Senate President ( February 2024) and continued as CPP President — a transfer of power within the same family .

    Power structure

Family Stocks + Business + Army = One Network

    § 1.2 — Critical analysis

    • People have no real political choice — voting doesn't change anything.
    • Right to express opinion Gather and the press Be governed by many laws
    • Transfer of power through lineage ( father → son ) is contrary to democratic principles.
    • Reliance on China for infrastructure and debt Risk to independence
    • Absence of independent checks on power Increases the risk of corruption

Part 2 — Economic Analysis Finance and society

    § 2.1 — Basic economic data

Cambodia's economy is growing rapidly on garment exports, tourism and construction — but focused on a small number of sectors. And the benefits are not shared equally among all people .

Phnom Penh And Siem Reap receives a lot of investment While many provinces lack clean water Electricity Road and medicine — encouraging youth migration .

    C. Family debt from microcredit

Microcredit systems are widespread. Without control over the interest rate — many families have to sell their land. Or a house to pay off debt .

    D. Destruction of natural resources

Forests are being cut down at one of the fastest rates in the world . Tonle Sap Lake fisheries are declining due to hydroelectric dams on the Mekong River — affecting the food supply of millions of people .

    § 2.3 — Social status

    A. Education

Primary school enrollment rate increases But quality in rural areas is poor . Informal payments to teachers An additional burden on poor families .

    Problems that DDS must solve

    → Urban-rural inequality

→ Resource management by small groups is not transparent
