The various activities and steps we explain might often seem complicated at first glance, or you might think it would take too long to do everything exactly as explained. Based on tests, the entire process can take between 11 and 15 minutes.

To join us by registering and creating a personal profile, which is free—no annual fee, no attendance required, and no volunteer work required to operate our vast system—you'll need to carefully and thoroughly study our system with an open mind. You'll also need to understand our rules, methodologies, instructions, and the rationale behind all of our decisions.

You must also have prepared and chosen according to our rules: a username, which will be your name in our system and the only visible personal information that does not identify you (we recommend using a nickname, or a 2- or 3-letter ISO code for your country, followed by a string of numbers, letters, and characters, or even just a random string of numbers, letters, and characters to remain completely anonymous), a secure password of at least 12 characters that you will not share with anyone and will keep in a safe place (it must contain non-consecutive and repeated numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters that do not form words and non-consecutive or repeated letters, and special characters), a personal, non-temporary email address from any email service provider that is adequately protected, and a personal mobile phone number. After some initial phases, our DirectDemocracyS system has finalized its fundamental rules. Thanks to enormous collective effort, we finally have the foundation for a wide range of activities. Please note that these rules were voted on and approved unanimously, and any future changes or modifications will require unanimity, based on very detailed implementing rules.

Before continuing, a very brief explanation.

To never lose our identity, we had to prevent our fundamental rules from being overturned, to try to boycott, slow down, or worse, stop DirectDemocracy. To do this, while allowing the system to evolve and adapt to future needs, we had to prevent any bad people from organizing within us to undermine the effectiveness of our activities and ruin our previous work. The only possible way: unanimity. Our entire shared leadership, composed of all our registered users with verified and guaranteed identities, in good standing with annual dues and compliant with mandatory attendance and volunteer activities, must agree to any change to any fundamental rule for our enormous mechanism to function . The various methodologies for applying our fundamental rules have been explained and published.

At this point, the two questions everyone is asking are: 1. Who decided this fundamental rule and all the others, and 2. How can we be sure that everyone actually voted for the entire list with the fundamental rules? Literally all our fundamental rules have been proposed, selected, discussed, decided, tested, and voted on, based on our voting rules; all the necessary documentation exists. Each of our official members, as collective owners of our entire system, has been able, can be, and will always be able to propose any rule, and any activity. If our collective of owners approves it, and it is ratified by our shared leadership, any change will be voted on, and if approved, it will be made final and binding on everyone. The list of fundamental rules has always been under constant debate, and with everyone's input, the final variations have been decided, taking into account the interests of the entire global population. Anyone with the legal right to do so could propose rules, ideas, projects, or challenge any single rule, including the fundamental ones. But throughout the various phases, we found many intelligent solutions to prevent virtually every undesirable activity and resolve every potential problem. Those who were with us during these activities in the previous phases could play a leading role, just as anyone who joins us in the subsequent phases will.

The first fundamental rule with which we created DirectDemocracyS is: all rules must always be respected by everyone! We added that the rules are the same for everyone, and everyone must have the same rights and duties, the same opportunities, rewarding the most deserving.

Numerous groups with numerous users were created for literally every rule, and practically every sentence in our public articles, and every piece of information we provided. Voting subgroups were created within the respective groups, and each person was able to vote for various lists of interconnected rules. After lengthy voting periods, solutions and rationales were found to give a final, collective, and unanimous vote on all these rules. We voted and decided unanimously among all types of users authorized to vote in our system, and all these groups created entities, which we call grand electors, who approved all these fundamental rules. It was difficult to oppose them because they are logical rules, based on common sense and mutual respect.

The basic rules for minors under 18.

With the new fundamental rules for the activities of our users under 18 within our system, we have made identity verification mandatory for all those who wish to join us. This is to prevent and therefore prevent the registration of users under 18 without the authorization of both parents or, as applicable, both legal guardians. Anyone over 16 may join us, but those under 18 require the authorization of both parents or, as applicable, both legal guardians. Parents who have joined us with higher-level users are permitted to register their children, even if they are under 16, provided that the parent or legal guardian maintains full and continuous supervision of all the minor's activities within our system, and assumes full responsibility for all such activities. Voting rights for those under 18. At the system level, anyone over the age of 16 can vote, but in some of our national organizations, voting may require a minimum age of 18, which is binding, authorized, and authenticated.

Let's explain in detail the reasons behind this definitive and fundamental decision. But first, a brief introduction. While DirectDemocracyS is a system that has nothing in common with traditional social networks, we all believe it is important for everyone to use all technologies consciously and safely, including the Internet. Regarding the protection of minors under 18, the only way to prevent any potential problems is to identify all those who join us and require that anyone who registers does so in compliance with all our rules.

At this point, many people will rightly tell us: you're being inconsistent. You guaranteed that anyone could register for free, with no obligation to be present or perform any activity, to make the enormous DirectDemocracyS mechanism work! We must respond directly to this statement. In fact, we are doing so; we haven't made any changes to the registration and profile creation process. The only thing that's changed is that we won't activate anyone's personal profile unless they have a verified identity, via video call, according to our implementing rules. This is the only effective way to prevent anyone under 18 from joining us without the authorization of both parents, or, as the case may be, both legal guardians. It's also the only way to reward the best users, or to punish, block, and, if necessary, permanently ban anyone who doesn't comply with all our rules. Under the old rules, if someone broke our rules and we kicked them out, they would simply lose all the points they'd accumulated before being kicked out. They would simply need to create a new email address, username, and phone number to register again. So, this new rule puts our fundamental rule into practice: each person can join DirectDemocracyS only once in their lifetime, creating a single personal profile. We'll give you another reason that'll surely give you something to think about: let's compare DirectDemocracyS to traditional social networks. Traditional social networks don't verify their users' identities because their owners value the number of users more than the quality of the people who join them. We're certain that there aren't even serious, competent, and deserving users on traditional social networks, but there are also people with fake personal profiles, often impersonating other people, or famous companies, users with many profiles—even dozens, hundreds, or, in some cases, even thousands. You can also find profiles that have been inactive for months, or even years. Not to mention the countless fake news, the countless useless activities, the countless meaningless posts, and the enormous amount of time wasted trying to find something we're interested in, having to skip the countless posts "recommended" by their systems and algorithms, in addition, of course, to the countless advertising. In practice, they are rightfully and legitimately able to promote what they want and render virtually invisible what they don't want people to know. They can also engage in mental manipulation, with very serious consequences, as demonstrated by the very serious events that occur. Then there's the advertising, the constant announcements, and the unwanted activities suggested by their algorithms, also based on our searches, that we truly waste a lot of time trying to find something useful and interesting. And then, on traditional social networks, there's almost always no guarantee of protection for our personal data, which can be accessed virtually anywhere and by anyone, allowing anyone to take our photos, those of our children, and find out where we go, with whom, and for what purpose. Of course, we ourselves make all this possible by publishing practically everything, often to appear more attractive and interesting, and we often do so by lying or entering false information. We ourselves have created a society where we feel the need to be protagonists. The managers and owners of social networks focus on doing their job, making money, and they give us the space to do so and offer us an audience of potential spectators to whom we can show our "act" or our lives, only to then complain if the situation escalates. Please note: we don't condemn the managers and owners of other platforms; on the contrary, we congratulate them on their brilliance and their ability to make money. We don't condemn those who do practically everything on social networks, but we criticize those who engage in despicable activities and denounce those who create fake news or harm others with their behavior. At DirectDemocracyS, everything is different and better, even on the platform level. Public areas are reserved for a few generic announcements, and the real activities—that is, almost all of our work—take place in private groups. Some activities and results are then displayed on presentation pages, which are either private or visible to those who have joined us (depending on their user type), and in some cases even to outsiders. We have areas where our official members work, where it is not possible to hide your activities. Let's explain: if someone looks at another user's photo, or views a published document, or simply posts, they're recorded in log files, like everyone else. And if a photo, document, or piece of information leaves these restricted areas without the owner's consent, it's easy for our outgoing information verification teams to determine who did it and take appropriate disciplinary action. Why are we so attentive to every detail? Because what we do is incredibly important, and we believe that one of the worst evils of all other systems is the ability to circumvent the rules, which in turn creates a lack of security, which in turn creates unequal rules for everyone. What we do at DirectDemocracyS has a much more real and impactful impact on everyone's lives, unlike anti-establishment groups or even small, traditional political groups that exploit traditional social networks in the hope of gaining consensus. Serious politics is conducted seriously, on serious platforms, with shared leadership and collective ownership, which manages and verifies literally everything. This is done by granting groups and individuals the ability to continuously and completely control everything, verifying that everything proceeds in a regular, honest, fair, orderly, organized, confidential, secure, and reliable manner. In addition to the technologies, operating systems, and our Artificial Intelligence, which are collective and therefore managed by groups, and potentially by all our official members, it is our groups and their respective members that create our Collective Human Intelligence, which, by verifying every single "like" and every single comment, from everyone, ensures that it is done in compliance with the rules we all agreed upon, which are based on logic, common sense, truth, reality, study, equality, and meritocracy, enforcing mutual respect. At this point, you may be asking: do you really believe anyone would join DirectDemocracyS, with so many controls? We answer: absolutely yes, because everyone is monitored, and if someone respects all our rules and does nothing wrong, they have nothing to fear from all these controls. We add that our success is so great that it often exceeds our ability to welcome and integrate all the people who ask, and forces us to block new activations or new user registrations, even for long periods. If engaging in politics on traditional social networks offers a huge audience, doing so with DirectDemocracyS on our platforms is more useful and more concrete. Let's give you some examples: how often is certain content written by you, or others, deleted or blocked? Their algorithms, their managers, their programmers, and their owners create the rules for their respective communities, regarding what, how, when, and whether things can be done or said. At DirectDemocracyS, we repeat, users decide all this, with shared leadership and collective ownership. We ourselves create, manage, and control the algorithms, and therefore decide everything. We ourselves, both humans and machines, are the only algorithms, and we are set up for the common good, for our system, for those within it, and even for those outside. We must recognize that in some cases their algorithms eliminate or block objectionable content, as we do too. However, generally they block or eliminate content that could truly change and improve the world, perhaps because it is inconvenient for certain lobbies. In our delicate initial phases, a popular social network blocked literally all our content for over three long months, and only when we threatened to take them to court for various offenses against freedom of expression did they reactivate us. But obviously their algorithms have made us virtually invisible outside our platforms, hoping to boycott us, slow us down, or worse, stop us. As often happens to those who seek to do harm, this harm comes back to them like a boomerang. In fact, by not giving us visibility, they've allowed us to grow more slowly and thus have more suitable people join us, rather than global fame, which would have actually caused us some technical problems, but above all, by attracting incompatible and even incompetent people to join us. In our public areas, you'll almost never see photos of kittens, strange videos, perhaps made with various technologies, or even content from inconsistent influencers teaching people what to do, what to think, and even who to love. You won't see constant greetings, superfluous messages, and often heartfelt good wishes. Overall, you'll only see things that are useful to everyone, and you won't have to waste time scrolling through useless content; you'll find everything you're looking for quite easily. Of course, nothing is stopping you from continuing all your activities if you join us, but we request exclusivity only for political activities. If you join us, you will conduct them exclusively on our platforms, requesting—and, if you meet all the requirements, obtaining—all authorizations for every activity, we repeat, political, conducted outside our system and outside our platforms. Some may be frightened by all these rules, methodologies, and instructions, but for every decision we make, we have serious reasons that compel us to carry out each activity in a certain way.

At this point, many will decide not to join us because they fear for their privacy, and because they wanted to remain anonymous, and practically invisible from the outside, and even from the inside.

We respect this decision not to join us, however, due to identity verification, even though it makes little sense not to do so, since each person who joins us is guaranteed anonymity and partial invisibility, both externally and internally (only their username can be shown, which can be a nickname, a string of letters, numbers, and random characters, or a 2- or 3-letter ISO code for their country followed by a string). Therefore, invisibility is guaranteed, and from both inside and outside our system, everyone will only know their username and will not know any personal information. Invisibility and anonymity are guaranteed at all times and for everyone, due to the way the various stages of identity verification are carried out: in short, codes are circulating for all these activities, which cannot be linked together except by authorized individuals from specific groups of trusted individuals, and with serious motivations. Those verifying their identity simply need to verify via video call that the person in front of them is actually the person in their ID photo (which they will show to a randomly selected member of an ID verification group, also drawn at random). For obvious reasons, the identity verification video call contains no reference to the username chosen by the verified person, so no one can connect the various data unless there is a serious reason and the authorization of the groups and truly trustworthy personnel.

Why do we check compatibility and declared skills? Without compatibility between those who join us and our system, it would be a waste of time for everyone: for us, because we would have incompatible people within our team, and for those who join us, because they would be joining a system they don't like. So, if you're simply curious, don't join us; follow us from the outside. Compatibility is checked with one of our online tests (randomly assigned to each person) and with a compatibility verification video call, which confirms good results on the online test. The rationale is simple and sensible: if a person uses one or more technologies to achieve a good test result, during a live video call, we can verify whether they took the test alone or with the help of someone or something.

Everyone who joins us declares their skills before they can register. At DirectDemocracyS, we only care about two things: what the user knows well, and what they can do well. Unity in diversity, the natural selection of those who join us at various stages, and the fundamental principle of placing the right people in the right positions, on a basis of equality combined with meritocracy, are essential to maintaining a professional system. In addition to the online skills test, which is different for each person and assigned randomly from all those available for each specialization, there is also a video call with one of our experts, selected randomly from one of the groups of specialists also selected randomly, to personally verify the actual skills declared by each user. Of course, the credential, certificate, and diploma verification teams will verify the educational background, all documents submitted, with all relevant authorities, and the various qualifications. These steps are mandatory for everyone, also to allow higher-level users to apply to join our specialist groups. Obviously, no qualifications are required to join us; anyone can tell the truth and tell us what they know and do well. If deemed useful to our system, they can join us. The public sections of our site are used primarily for announcements; the real work is done in groups and is made public on various pages, all according to very detailed implementation rules. Only competent and deserving individuals are allowed to join our specialist groups.

The steps, in chronological order, are: Step 1: Learn about our system; Step 2: Study all our information with the right mindset; Step 3: Decide to join us; and Step 4: Introduce yourself to the system by filling out a simple, short yet detailed, and secure contact form. We remind you not to specify your chosen username in your introduction, for two simple reasons: the first is because you don't know whether the username you've chosen is available or not (you'll find out when you request identity verification by entering a username in the request form; our system will inform you if the username you've chosen is available). The second reason is to prevent your real personal data from being linked to your username by any of our users (who will physically read the contact form you use to introduce yourself to our system).

After the compatibility and skills check, which is performed without any identification, we will proceed with the identity verification video call. Each phase has very detailed implementation rules; in the first two phases, only the username linked to an email address and a phone number are verified. During the identity verification video call, we check that the visible person is the same as the photo on the ID document. At each phase, members of different groups are involved, and no personal data is shared between them, only the actual progress of the various phases. Please note: all documents uploaded to our platforms, by anyone, are automatically encrypted and separated from each other with unique verification codes. They are managed separately, at various phases, by specific activities, with no connection between individuals, members, and groups . For each stage of each verification activity for the various documents submitted, internally and through various external institutions from various countries, a randomly selected group is selected to verify identity documents, credentials, certificates, and diplomas. A randomly selected member of that group performs a single verification activity without obtaining personal data and without being able to link a username to the identity documents, which obviously contain the sender's actual personal data. Since humans and technology cannot, without justified authorization, and permitted only by truly trustworthy groups and members, link a username to actual personal data, anyone can remain completely anonymous while keeping our entire system secure, orderly, and organized.

We're answering some questions about these new fundamental rules in advance.

Now that DirectDemocracy verifies the identity of everyone who joins its system, will even free users, or users of lower levels, be able to participate in shared leadership, and even collective ownership?

As we have always explained, to truly and fully participate in our shared leadership, based on equality and meritocracy, it is not enough to simply have a verified and guaranteed identity. At least two other obligations are essential: contributing an annual fee to our self-financing, which guarantees us real and concrete freedom and financial independence. Anyone wishing to become a higher-level user must also volunteer for at least 20 minutes a day, with one or more logins, or alternatively, at least 120 minutes a week, on one or more days, with one or more logins daily.

Registered users with verified and guaranteed identities make up our shared leadership.

Only those with a verified and guaranteed identity, who have paid their annual membership fee (€6.25 per year if they are under 31, or €12.50 per year if they are over 31, plus 1, 2, or 3 additional years of a single annual membership fee, paid the first year, for those with low incomes or no income), and who are required to participate in all volunteer activities, can become our registered users, with a verified and guaranteed identity, and therefore vote in an authorized, binding, and valid manner, and be part of our shared leadership.

Official members who make up our collective ownership across the entire system, through a single, non-cumulative and non-transferable individual action.

A registered user with a verified and guaranteed identity becomes an official member only if they are up to date with their annual fee (€12.50 per year if they are under 31, or €25 per year if they are over 31, plus 1, 2, or 3 additional years of a single annual fee, paid in the first year for those with low incomes or no income), and who performs mandatory attendance and all volunteer activities. After paying the full annual fee, this person can first become our registered user with a verified and guaranteed identity, and therefore vote in an authorized, binding, and valid manner, and be part of our shared leadership. They can also apply to become our official member, thus benefiting from the full potential of being part of our collective ownership. In short, to be not only decisive, but even an owner of DirectDemocracyS, one must be a protagonist, not a spectator. Furthermore, to be part of any serious political force, one must pay a contribution of varying size, usually an annual fee, and engage in various activities, so our decisions are logical, common-sense, and respectful of all people.

Will the various websites of the various platforms also change?

These will be small but crucial changes, such as the creation of a website that chronicles the history of DirectDemocracyS. For now, it's only visible to a few authorized users, at this link:

Based on the final core rules, all the various implementing rules and all the relevant information will be modified and updated. Please remember that each previous rule is supplemented by the next one, which, if necessary, repeals certain sections, to allow the new rules to be implemented immediately. As always, anyone with a personal profile who has not completed all the various phases of this regulation must immediately implement each phase of each activity under the new rules.

We generally have very disciplined users who quickly comply because they understand our motivations. We just hope that those who visit us and study our system also understand that if we decide anything, we all do it together, in the collective interest.

When we delegate the education of our children, grandchildren, and young people in general to other people and entities, rather than fulfilling our role as adults, we risk creating despicable and even dangerous situations. It's easier to blame others than to take responsibility. As with any innovative tool, it's not the institution or technology that's to blame, but the people who entrust their work to others. A knife, if used to cut bread, is useful; if used to wound and kill, it's dangerous. If used usefully and responsibly, a social network can be a valuable resource, and even a source of entertainment. However, if we engage in the wrong activities and collaborate with others without mutual respect, we risk creating serious problems. It's not a generational issue; each generation is the consequence of the previous ones. Therefore, those older people who say, "In my day, things were different, and life was better," should take responsibility, saying, "It's my fault and everyone else's, we've created a society with many cases where appearing is better than being." We've let others educate the new generations, so we're to blame. Ultimately, a society incapable of valuing young people is a failed society. What lessons, and above all, what goals, do you give your children and grandchildren? What future have you created for them? We at least try to empower everyone, in the only way possible, with equal rules and opportunities for all, rewarding the best, for healthy, fair, and honest competition. But who do we tell all this to? Perhaps mothers walking their children, smartphone in hand? Or fathers who say: we were better at my subjects, forgetting that many bad things were happening back then too, but there was less information, and it was a different kind of information, which gave less prominence to certain news, which today quickly goes viral. We appeal to everyone: don't limit yourselves to criticism, but offer solutions, get directly involved in changing and improving the world, and don't wait for others to do it for you. We know the truth hurts you, we know reality is sad, but there is still a chance we can do something, if we all join together.

The blue check mark is awarded free of charge only to those with one of the higher user types, whether registered users with verified and guaranteed identity (which is an integral part of our shared leadership) or official members (who, through a single, non-cumulative and non-transferable individual action, collectively own our entire system), who are up-to-date with their annual dues (as explained previously in this informative article), and who are up-to-date with their voluntary activities (presence and concrete activities) to grant our system freedom and financial and economic independence, and to keep our enormous mechanism functioning. Identity verification alone isn't enough to obtain this blue checkmark, which guarantees that the person is trustworthy and active in DirectDemocracyS.
