If you're not one of our users, with a verified and guaranteed identity, our help will obviously be very delayed, because our verifications to ascertain the truth, which is the basis of our assistance, are very lengthy and often complicated. We rely on trust, only with people whose identity we are sure of, and only until they lie to us for the first time. After the first lie, every statement from anyone will always be thoroughly verified, and obviously this will significantly delay our responses and our solutions.
